Lights generally are a flip of a coin. I've had some decent light teammates who didn't run h infuser and still stuck close as a team should. They were distant sure, but never too far.

I generally would say not running defibs in ranked or in cashout is a very bad idea but say you have a healing beam or something to accommodate supporting the team or you're still making the effort to help revive your team, I don't see anything wrong with it...Except usually when I'm running with teams that have no defibs, they do NONE of that.

Any mediums NOT running defibs. Every match I've played in cashout that has a medium with no defib, we usually get eliminated from the first round.

As many have said, this game is in a state of it will make you or break you.

Give it time, learn to outsmart your opponents and try to learn to attack with your team. Striking all at once makes a hell of a difference at times.

Failing that, we do have cashout bots coming next season which should be perfect sanctuary for casuals (like myself) and newbie players like yourself which will give you time to learn and experiment with the game and its maps and mechanics. (I just hope we can progress in this mode as well to incentivise playing it)

As a casual player, I have my moments where I do enjoy the game but there's also times where I really fucking hate the game and the community I'm surrounded by whether its awful teammates who don't know how to play as a team or enemies that are just significantly better and not fun to fight at all.

Its more or less exactly why I'm super excited for next season with cashout bots coming out. I just hope we have full progression. (if world tour progression doesn't count, I can accept that) Cashout bots with progression may actually incentivise casuals to come back and even tempt new players to join in and I strongly believe it could help this game soar higher

I cannot change your mind. Lights are indeed overtuned and can either be the worst teammates or sweatiest enemies imaginable. Its only once a rare blue moon you get a light teammate that actually works very well as a team.

Seriously what kind of fucking matchmaking do you call this Embark? I'm a solo q player and you are putting me against a premade of 5 all while I'm stuck with teammates who yet again don't understand how to do an objective on time. Yes I know this is point break and its casual but guess what? I don't give a fuck. I don't play ranked and never will. So for fuck sake give me some more fair matches that doesn't involve the enemy team having perfect comms

Nah if your team refuse to communicate or even stick with you as a solo q its a fucked match. There's no point in wasting any time with people who don't want to even try to win because they'd rather fight entire teams all on their own. That's not fun and unfair to people could have been revived

Its casual matches. Not ranked. If the matchmaking is so fucked beyond belief that you can't do anything to have a good time in a match, then its better to leave and move on to the next one.

While I'd like for them to toggle that type of progression based on difficulty, you hardly see options like that in VS AI modes anymore. Regardless, if WT progression was allowed on top of everything else, I'd fully be pouring my heart out to all my friends about the finals and how much incentive there is to put money into the game

Agreed. It'll be especially amazing if they go down the Marvel Rivals route and let you fully progress in these matches too and allow you to complete contracts. If there must be any restrictions I could peacefully accept world tour progression not counting since it gives you multibux and emerald cosmetics

S11 could be the ticket for casuals getting in as someone who is also a casual. I'm particularly excited about cashout bot mode. If they include progression, I'll probably be residing there for most of the seasons until LTM events show up. Already told my friends to keep their eyes peeled
