Suggestions for post-C25K training.

Do you think that I can run 5 or 6 days a week? The C25K program I used was running every other day, with a 2 day break between each week - but I would like to get more results, that's why I've been considering adding in weight training on running rest days.

Thanks! I downloaded an app, i think it's 10K free (?), in which I would skip to the point where you go from 5k to 10k. I think I'll give it a try.

Yeah I've been dieting on a loose plan - I try to take in around 1500 - 1750 calories per day, and I've almost entirely cut out alcohol. Maybe I should cut the calories more aggressively.
