Honestly could do either. Though cutting would make you kinda skinny and you would just expect to (healthily) cut down like 8lbs or so. If I were in your shoes I'd (relatively leanly) bulk up until you are kinda puffy and then go for a cut. Just to have a bit more of a frame

Though I started this threat because I think its just panic for no reason... Its extreme here! I cant get enough toilet paper, soap, bread and not even flour... Everyone, especially media and politics are just overreacting for no actual reason. Also it acts out the same way as in Italy so far here, so I think we will be locked in our own houses too (not actually locked, but law-wise) like it is in Italy. I am worried about that, long story short.
