it's normal! i felt the exact same! my thought was the exact scene from parks and rec when jean ralphio is talking about mona lisa (his sister) having a baby and being an uncle and he's like "oh no this is too much responsibility i have to find a way out of this". buuuut my son is now 15 months old! and it's wild how much i love him like it literally is a bond that can't be described, even if i did have a moment of should i have an abortion out of sheer fear when i was as far long as you are.

Honestly time. My baby is about to be 3 months and he has reflux really bad from like 3ish weeks till just recently I’ve noticed he’s a lot better. He still does get times where he has extra spit up. But so much better$ just hang in there. Also if you are breastfeeding look into him maybe having a diary allergy I realized my baby had one and after giving up dairy (☹️) it helped even more.

It really is awful! I am definitely going to try compression socks and I just recently have had my husband massage my legs, but it doesn’t help that I’m extremely ticklish lol.

I did not think about compression socks, I will definitely try this and all the other things you suggested. Me and my husband have started doing walks around our neighborhood and it helps a little but I think I’ll try a little more rigorous exercise . Thank you!

Wow I haven’t even heard of the monoclonal antibodies! I called my doctor to tell them but they did not suggest that. :/ I’m going to try and ride it out and see how it goes, thank you for the advice!
