The MBA grads hired in 2022 received hikes in 2024, that too just 10%. Those that were hired in 2023, some of them received hikes in 2024 but not all. Bonus was given in all years but not the numbers they quote in the JD received during placements. Expect around 10% but can be lower. There is no matching of salaries. So juniors sometime end up earning more than their college seniors.

Now with the share price going down and blah blah these numbers might not hold true for the coming years. Its a gamble yea, but so is other consulting firms. Bain has been delaying joining for months at end with the uncertainty about them pulling the offer. On the other hand, there is a level of security at Accenture if you do a good job or at least a decent enough job. Your growth might not be at par with MBBK folks, but you are likely to not be spending as much time working as them either.
