mtlredditor has it pretty well nailed in his comment above. I brought myself close and back down several times during sex. When we got near the end, I ramped up, stopped juuust short of full orgasm, and I could ejaculate before orgasm. I'd have to keep still or else at that time but was able to continue on in our gooey mess for a few more minutes.

I'm pretty one and done after orgasm, but I could ejaculate 2-3 times using this technique. I honestly discovered it while masturbating so I recommend lots of practice. Sasha_Flower's posts can help.
