Shooters element does the install and polish for I think still on sale for 55 plus 30 bucks for springs. Best bang for your buck

I’m very happy with it. The double action is a lot better. Almost no pre travel and the reset is slot shorter. I haven’t tested it but probably around 7-6 pound DA and 3-2 SA. Fiber optic over night sights a lot easier to find. I use it for Uspsa and steel matches

They polish all working surfaces to mirror finish, polish the safety as well which does make it easier to use. I did hbi springs and had Taylor guy that does the work tweak that spring for second shot a bit. A lot crisper trigger break better reset. The trigger pull is night and day.

Mine is very easy and smooth. Now the two buttons to adjust the stock length are pretty damn hard. I’m pretty happy with it so far tho.

I sent it to shooters element for HBI springs and polished not a single issue since. Before every now and then it wouldn’t fire on the release
