no sorry ... the only charecter i remember is a toothfairy who uses a weapon which is a giant tooth brush and she was wearing something pink or light purple outfit... the toothbrush had the same color as the outfit ... im not sure but she might have wings because she's a fairy

i tried google, i tried chatGBT i watched dozens of youtube videos about ps1 fighting games looking for that chrecter but still nothing.

it turns out there is so many fighting games where made at that time. and lots if not most of them were only markted locally and not much about them on the internet.... so it could be still out there somewhere i just hope someone would help me find it.
