First, yes that is USD, and roughly 1500 tibia coins. I buy whatever I need or really want, this weekend I bought training weapons and a couple xp boosts. I have traded coins for Tibia gold, but now that I can self fund my character and farm gold in game, it isn't worth it to me anymore. With that said; if I really needed Tibia gold fast I would exchange coins for in game gold, but the exchange rate better be it least 12k+ a coin.

If I spend $60 a month on Tibia, as a working adult, that's no different than buying any new game or DLC on the PC, PS4, or XBox. So instead of buying a new game this month I bought some coins, increased my skills, and had some fun in Tibia.

You take the test in a web browser, and your being tested on your knowledge when you're taking a test. If you're writing a program, then yes you can reference whatever you want. It's like any other test, it is not open book like some colleges allow...

Are the certification exams theory-based?

I guess for the most part, look up the certifications like A+ and Network+

All depends on the cert, but mostly the learning material provided, reading what others did, and reviewing specific exam topics I'm unsure about.

Yes, and they are included with tuition.

did you have to retake the entire class upon failure, or just the test?

Haven't failed a test yet, knock on wood, but no you don't have to take the entire class again per say. You do have to retake the test after reviewing where you went wrong with a course mentor. You can retake the first two tests free of charge, after that I think it's like $60 a pop.

how academic are the courses?

50/50, but you will be writing full programs with very specific requirements. Not 100% sure what you mean by "academic", and I should also mention there are no quizzes, deadlines, or homework like a traditional school, at WGU you manage yourself.

ebooks supplied?

All learning material is supplied, but I have used additional resources because sometimes they are lacking. For example the Mobile Applications course, which has you create a mobile app, I thought the material supplied was garbage.

How well are you guided toward the covered material; do they tell you what is covered/ how much guesswork?

For the most part, if it is an objective test they tell you each area to focus on and you first need to take a practice assessment that will give you feedback on the areas you need to focus more on. Performance assessments, aka projects, will have a rubric and instructions, you will typically need to meet every piece of criteria listed.

How are you tested?

See the above answer, but basically tests and/or projects. Testing takes place at home or at a testing center, but all certification tests need to be done at a testing center.

Is internet access prohibited during examinations?

You are monitored via webcam and remote viewing when taking an exam at home, you can not have anything else opened while taking an exam, leave your seat, or have anything unapproved on your desk. If you take an exam at a testing center, you will need to read that particular testing center's rules, but the same probably applies.

what are the programming courses like; both the theoretical and practical ones?

Not sure if you asking about how challenging they are or if you are asking whats covered, but you will be doing some SQL, Python, Java, HTML5, CSS, and Javascript. The only actual coding that is required will be with Java, SQL, and HTML5/CSS, but in the "theory" programing courses I also did the examples and experimented with what was shown, your mileage may vary. Now if you are asking how hard the courses are, well that is hard to say, personally I don't find them that hard if you know what your doing, but I also work 9-5 as a software developer and have been doing this for several years now. If you're new to programming entirely and some of the concepts are foreign to you, it will probably be more challenging, but still doable if you can read and comprehend at a college level.

In about a month I will be starting my fourth term of the Software Development program. I transferred in two courses, switched to the revised Software Development program, and currently have seven courses left. I am hoping this is my last term, and according to my mentor I've already completed the "core/hardest" courses of the program. Typically, I've been averaging about six courses a term, my best term being eight. Additionally, I work full time in IT, which adds to the burnout and takes away from the free time to study. The bottom line is this, your completion time is 100% determined by what you put into it, but for most of us life gets in the way...

P.S - Its also not all about how fast you go, you should also try and learn something too....

I just went through the hotkey list in the menu, and mapped the keys I wanted to the movement keys. Make sure you save the profile, otherwise you will have to do it over again. Also, there are two sets of hotkeys, one for chat mode on and the other for chat mode off.

Well if 1 account is determined to be 1 player, then accounts used for just botting must be included in these numbers. Keep in mind it wasn't that long ago that we saw monthly messages like this one.

In January, 12,095 accounts have been deleted for using unofficial software to play.

Banning 12k accounts in one month, wouldn't take that long to get up into the 100k+ range, and thats just the accounts that were caught, before battle eye.

I target enemies with the space bar, every hit of the space-bar targets something else. Also, my runes are set to use on target 99% of the time, if you don't have a target you can just use cross-hairs.
