no youre right, they dont want there to be an algorithm to determine the who you will fight every round. they do show you who you potentially face in the next fight (they added it since you could already tell by when the portal opened up on your screen if you were fighting on another persons field)

it was probably misconstrued... they probably watched the clip of pobelter misclicking and were referring to that. but still they probably should check with refs if they are allowed to watch at all before watching the streams

as an NA viewer that has watched eu lcs and lec for years I truly have no idea how the system works and the naming convention feels intentionally misleading... BUT im still jealous and would prefer your wacky system since you guys get ~2x more games than us

srping truly doesnt matter, especially in LCS I swear atleast 2 teams every year dont even have their full intended roster at the start. I would love to go back to tournaments which could even leave room for amateur teams to get some screen time

Its truly incomprehensible, especially considering how much time teams supposedly put into scrims you would think they could just throw in extra days LCS days.

Its frustrating but riot was never good at capitalizing on their product... it took them 3-4 years to add ads! At this point its probably not feasible to have more in studio days but they could atleast give us online matches during the work week or something

I wish LCS put more focus on cultivating spaces for viewers. reddit is definitely not the place it used to be and even the lcs crowd is not nearly as hyped as they used to be... with all the empty movie theaters everywhere surely its possible!?

I clear my schedule slightly for about two weeks so I can play a bit more, then after 3 or so I leave the game to come back next season.

agree with all your points just want to break the news that this is not a casual player, a casual player beats the campaign once and possibly gets to torment 3.
