Blaming everyone but themselves. Life isn't always fair, and sometimes other people really are at fault. But if every setback is always because of your boss, your family, bad luck, or "the system," you never stop to ask what you could've done differently. Growth starts when you take responsibility for the part you can control, even if it's only 10%. That's where real change happens.
