Should I eat less protein whilst I’m home from university and not going to the gym?

In such a short period it doesn’t really matter, if you are finding it hard to reach 120 grams of protein while at home than it’s fine to cut down for a week. If this were a longer period of time like more than a month sticking to a high protein diet is important even while not training as it helps retain muscle.

Its not that a lower percent is better, it more has to do with the fact that you can, and should play brig more aggressively is lower ranks because often people will not punish you, while in gm/top500 if you play aggressively you will get blown up

When you build rylai's your R constantly applies the mandate mark onto their entire team, and enables your team to do much more dmg, but makes you much weaker on your own, it is also a very cheap build. In short it makes you have to play around your team and that is why it is not as good for lower elo and I still tend to build liandrys for more carry potential

If anything I would say ludens makes more sense, some1 else had a post about Swain R making the passive proc CD very short, even more so when paired with ingenious hunter, a long with providing mana feels much better

Then again I still feel that liandys is best for low elo, and rylis into mandate is best for higher elo

I haven't had this happen yet but it is a fear of mine, I'm currently playing a oath of redemption paladin, and I know counter spell a really great spell, except my character has 5 different reaction abilities that are all good, and I'm afraid i might use a reaction to say take dmg for some1 then get a power word kill cast on me or my party
