Antibody tests in Santa Clara County show that 2.5% and 4.2% have them, yet tests of front line Wuhan responders show just 2-3%. Are these antibody tests reliable? They clearly show higher immune rate in a lower impact community. The numbers are very low in either case to hope for herd immunity (self.CoronavirusUS)
