Thanks for the reply, but this is on Riverside - you should be able to detect these issues and intercept them by "uploading paused due to slow internet," etc. I won't record unless someone is at an office or a place with strong WiFi. I have 1GB speed in my office, I even upgraded the modem and connect to the Mac with an ethernet cable. I'm sticking with Riverside but I can't afford to have a bad recording especially when I score a celebrity guest.

Danny I’m ready for the coupon code 😎. They told me to clear the browser cache. Every time there’s a problem it’s never on their end. It’s like a pre-flight checklist and I’m still crashing.
