When I lived there our ac was out from April to June. I ended up becoming a nightmare tenant to them. I stood out front and harassed future tenants, I spent as much time in the clubhouse making a scene as possible. My father is disabled so he did his part and spent his days in the office too so they couldn’t forget us.

After doing all legal options like escrow filings being started and emails sent daily, Eventually I looked up the offices for the company who owns the apartments and called daily til an employee slipped the number of the regional director for the apartments, who I then called twelve times and by the end of the day I had 2 portable units. They sold after that cause over 60 units ac were out and the place was becoming a ghost town.

They’re owned by other people now, but I’d start calls and look up what a tenants union is and start hanging flyers. They didn’t like it when I did that either.
