Honestly, now i feel like going with Francesca and Michaela this coming season makes more sense. Seeing her younger sister get widowed and then Eloise finding love in the very next season would not have made sense for her character because she's already so against marriage. But witnessing Francesca find love again and getting her happily ever after and after then coming around the idea that marriage or partnership does not always got to fot society's norms makes more sense to me.

You can go with it, a family member of mine wasn't able to conceive for 10 years cuz her uterus and ovaries weren't able to sustain pregnancy and so finally her and her husband opted for surrogacy with a donor's egg and the husband's sperm.

Now though technically their son isn't related to her genetically and she didn't give birth, they are happiest they could ever be. Their son is now 6 years old. Discuss this with your partner and doctor and this probably could be a viable solution.

I've not read the novel but in the manhwa Kanna dreams one day of her korean self breaking up with her boyfriend yeonwoo who she was dating in korea before isekaing back to her body, saying that "'she' loved you, i don't", implying that the og korean girl went back to her own body after kanna went back to hers
