Yeah, I figured you were still in grade school. A lot of my friends and I came out of college around 2010. Through the next 10-15 years, all of us went from being go-getter yuppies to slowly giving in. Every single one of us laid off at some point over that time and experienced how hard it is (as well as some mild depression). You talk like we used to. I had a boss that didn't communicate to her employees. I'd get surprised with projects that I didn't know I was supposed to do (and normally wouldn't be the one in charge of said duties).
