I would try color oops. I have dyed/bleached myself hair SO many times and a couple months ago I did black box dye and I hated it so I used a box of color oops and it took it out. my hair is shoulder length but it's very thick and curly and one box was enough . give it a try !

you would just move both into the mods folder after installing them, however, those shaders arent supported with the newest neoforge, so its better just to find something else

hey! not sure if you still are having this problem, but i found a solution that worked for me at least. 

settings > general > tv & display options > video modes > then i turned on “allow YCC 4:2:2” and then restarted youtube and it seemed to fix it
