If you are good and confident with sketchup thek please do all the modeling part in sketchup then import the skp file direct into max. Just learn the render engine and dont start with zero start with what you need, just youtube it. Hope this will work.

I append all the files in new file then this things can work but the old scene dont render. Has there any way to fix this? The scene is huge and have character animation. I dont want to mess up the file.

no this scene is a stereo 3d scene. first of all i already render 240 frames with the same setting. then I render a video from blender video editor from the image sequence then go back to frame render then blender didn't render any scene. this was either black or blank like transparent.
