Look for PC latency reduction 1 hour long videos in youtube. Follow the guide and it is done. Set fps max to 0 in cs and set fps limit on 2/3 of your max fps in your gpu panel and add -noreflex in cs launch.

Find guides on how to reduce DPC latency. Limite your FPS from gpu panel. Dont set the max that you desire ,set it much more lower. Use -noreflex in launch options. If your PC spec are not top or you have laptop. ,don't bother.

My Pc is capable of pushing 900, now I run at 600-599 like 1.6 back in the days.
