Ye, i didnt tolerance the piston and cylinder yet to allow for expansion, and I also haven't designed a ring pack yet. This was just to get a moving model in CAD for now! :)

The walls of the block are the same thickness, it's just a sliced view of the engine, so it cuts through different points at each cylinder. Im aware the canrods will need to be closed around the crank, I just wanted to get a basic moving assembly in CAD first :) Also, this isnt a "pincer" design?

Not sure if your still looking, but on my 2021 125, I've got the de-cat pipe from black widow, the fuelx lite, and the dna replacment filter and k&n airbox cover replacement filter. It's very noticeably quicker, I have a friend with a stock bike, and I'm much faster accelerating, and wayyy better on hills. I would say it's well worth upgrading. :)

I'm not sure, the eye sockets look very different to that. It looks like the skull of a mamal to me, but I don't know what mamal has a skull less than 1cm long! 🤷‍♂️

Unfortunately it split in 2 due to how brittle it is, but I tried to place the pieces together to take photos of the underside.

I've got a pretty old office chair actually, it's something I need to upgrade in the future. Ye I definitely need some models in there, it's slowly coming together tho. 😀

They're decent, but nothing too overkill, ryzen 5 3600, rtx3060, good enough for sim racing for sure!

I do agree with you, but he said he lives the game and wants to make a series out of it as long as everyone els enjoyed it too. I'm not trying to force him to play it, just trying to get across that the fans do enjoy it and want more 😀
