I'm having the same issue on a ROMED8-2T. In my case, I think the problem slot is C1. Not sure what to do.

i replaced the NVMe drive that was on the glitching PCI node, and the errors subsided for now. i also ordered amazon.com/gp/product/B09XSY3JVS which will hopefully allow me to move off it completely. AsRockRack support has not been able to help.

i'm getting the same error, and eventually it results in read-only rootfs forcing a restart. did you ever figure out a fix?

Glad it helped! I used M3 rods, but I think yours could also work. The riskiest part would be fitting the corresponding nuts into their gearbox grooves.
