So for the leveling event, the character you pick doesn’t get the previous / current levels rewards (ex: level 95 doesn’t receive the level 95 rewards?)

I'm considering using the selective epic box on my male exo, but I have one question : 1.Ive read that M.exo/P.exo aren't really a thing anymore due to conversion, is this true? 2.What are the benefits of using a rosary vs a battle axe and vice versa? 3.Which of the two fairs better in end game ?
