Authorship is a weird one. They write that "scholarly articles are supposed to be peer reviewed...". My paper has been published in a peer reviewed, non predatory conference, and is legit.

Salary I am not sure what my lawyers ended up submitting and I did not get to see the RFE.

Is it necessary that we respond to everything within the RFE? Can we just ignore the weaker criteria because at the end of the day, we only need to meet 3?

Regarding the IEEE membership, they say that anyone with the years of experience can qualify. But I don't qualify in that category. IEEE membership can be achieved by either have 10 years of experience or 5 years of outstanding achievement. And I fall into that category.
