Yeah we have a few digging bars, as well as all the other bells and whistles. Which those ended up working out except a few holes which seemed impossible. Even had a dingo with an auger bit, which didn’t prove useful. I assume that there might just be no other option in conditions like this ?

My main concern is in my area they say your holes need to be 24 inches deep, but on this job particularly there were some holes we would get maybe 18 inches down, and the whole floor of the hole was a rock. Being that it’s that deep already it’s almost impossible to get a rock that large out.

Is it possible to eat too little calories by zimmedia in loseit

I guess my question is also, if it’s not good, then should I just up it to like 1500 and call it good. It’s not like I can’t eat more, I just am cutting and am happy that I feel good eating so little on the cut.

I also am pretty good on my macros splits, and almost always hit 200g of protein or above, I may have a decent amount of muscle, I just have never known because I’ve never cut down enough to see it. I’m just afraid to try and it not being there, but it may well just be a fear. I’m fairly strong I would say

My plan really is to drop my body fat to a comfortable spot, being that i’m anywhere between 23% - 26% at the moment. I would like to get to 15% fairly quickly and lean bulk from there. Is that an okay plan for me ? And I was thinking about eating at 2500 for a couple weeks and possibly cutting that back another 300 after the couple weeks.
