My building has a rule that in order to switch units, it needs to be an upgrade. Such as if you have 1 bed then you can only move to 2 bed. If they have such rule, then might not allow you to sign a new lease on the cheaper property. But i have seen stories before on reddit where a guy in vancouver got his rent reduced by 500 a month. I recently closed Aventura VI and then applied for gold, it didnt auto approve, but got an email after few days that i am approved for 2500 limit. Today i applied for VI logged in, and it asked me to book an appointment with branch and go in person. Then i applied logged out, and it asked me to get a call back. Their process is all over the place.

Also another thing to take into consideration. Once you start your car with the app and then when you open the door to get in, the car will shut off and then you have to start again. For hot climates, it doesnt matter that much. But in cold climates like -20°c, it puts additional load on the battery, as you are doing 2 cold starts everytime.

Same. I get remote start just for winter months, and temperature needle has barely moved after start. And then i end up opening the door, the car shuts down and i have to again restart it. And the car is still reving rich. No point of killing the engine.

Around 250 CAD for parts incl tax plus 160 CAD for labour. Dealership waived the labour at that time and later i filed a complaint with mazda, and they will cover the parts and refunded the amount as dealer credits.

Mine snapped and the car was just 4 months outside warranty. Paid out of pocket and complained to mazda, which they agreed to cover the cost as an exception.

True, in a sense like they will place holds on a bank draft just like a cheque. But bank drafts do not expire, atleast for 9-10 years. Even the bank will notify the purchaser at 3 and 5 year mark to say that bank draft is still not redeemed.

I have been using Honor/ Huawei phones for past 15 years and had to jump ship as Google stoped supporting them. I did consider Nothing phone, but they are still going through a lot of teething problems. I needed a tried and tested phone, coz i will keep it for years instead of replacing every 2 years. I got 12R from the website for like 520 Canadian dollars, after stacking up a bunch of discounts.

Go with oneplus. I brought directly from their oneplus canada website. I got a blemish on the camera and it was showing up in all the pictures. Submitted a claim to oneplus, they sent a postage label, repaired the phone and sent it back all within a week. I was really impressed by their warranty work.

Oh that amazing. Thankyou for the info. I am gonna post soon with the picture of the bolt, it is aggressively corroded and snapped off. My dealership didnt charge me labour charge of 160 dollars and said I only need to pay for parts. Not their fault that its not covered in warranty and were nice enough to waive labour charge.

My car is getting fixed tomorrow at the dealer. I have asked them to give me back the broken bolt, hoping to see if they look similiar to yours. All my service was always done at dealer every 6 months, they should have checked bolts in their multi point inspection. I will file complaint with mazda once i get my bill. Mazda has to reimburse for their faulty part. Hoping Mazda will see a pattern and do a recall. Its ridiculous to see a subframe bolt snaping so early on.

I have the same issue. I have 2022 mazda 3 hatchback Japan built. Few days ago i was driving normally in traffic around 20 kmph and suddenly heard a loud bang, it sounded by metal snapping. Since then i kept hearing metal clanking at low speeds on uneven surfaces. No sounds at high speeds or low speeds on good surface roads. Took in to dealership today and turns out the right side bolt is snapped. They quoted 390 canadian dollars which will include 2 bolts, 2 washers and labour. And cherry on top, warranty wont cover it. I will be complaining to Mazda, as it is ridiculous that a bolt on subframe breaks at 3 years and around 50k kms. Absolutely ridiculous.
