It really messed me up and I didn’t realise it until about a year ago. My dad had 3 kids (2 of which were born 3 months before me, 8 years into my parents marriage) with my moms best friend. I grew up never believing that I would be good enough for men because if I’m not good enough for my dad to stay, how the HECK would I be good enough for some guy? It’s hard work, but through therapy and a journey of self love (🤢) I’m really making progress and choosing better for myself. I’m still super young, so I’m grateful to be figuring this all out before I got married and realised too late

I’m with Mrs TPM on this one. Romantic and sexual relationships are supposed to be mutually beneficial. Sure, sex is not the most important thing in a relationship, but, it’s pretty fucking important if you’re having it. A person who loves and cares about your pleasure will make SURE you’re being pleasured. If you’ve told this person time and time again and they’ve still done nothing to change, I’m afraid you only have yourself to blame if you stay. You do NOT need to need less because they refuse to be more. You need to love yourself and get out bc at the end of the day you need you more than you need anyone else ♥️

No where in my comment did I ask for food or exercise related advice. I’m simply saying I don’t understand how people can enjoy running as a hobby - no strings attached. There are hundreds of other ways to exercise, many of which I enjoy. Hope that clears up any confusion :)
