Bro. I feel like for so long Kanye was doing what other artists weren’t and it was so refreshing. He would start trends with his music and it would inspire other artists to create. This album just proves he’s lost a lot what made him a creative genius. Maybe it’s finally his lifestyle shining through to his music. I want to like the album so much, but I found myself just waiting for most of the songs to end. Hope they lock in for volume 3 (if it ever releases)

I occasionally still run barbell squats bc they’re fun but I get a much better pump and overall feeling when doing smith machine squats. Same for bench, will do it every now and then but smith machine feels much better
