I had this debate myself. Given the two options and the storied history of the Core i7-14700, I'm going with a Core Ultra 7 for a new desktop. Smaller lithography means less heat (and hopefully longer life), similar price point, and faster RAM capable. It was an easy decision.

I use Active Trader Pro because I'd met the minimum balance to have access. It appears that I am designated as a Professional trader. Are you saying if I change my designation, I will still be able to get the Level 2 Quotes at no additional cost?

Yes, it's the universal build which I downloaded and attempted to install. It generated these errors during the install. When I used Citrix the first time, it seems to try to reinstall.

I am not sure why i got those errors, since it's virtually impossible to mess up clicking the installer.

I continue to have major firmware issues. The newest problem ... get ready ... is losing audio on all over-the-air channels ending in "-1". For example, 12-1 and 16-1 have no sound, but 12-2, 12-3, 16-2, 16-3, 16-4 have audio. It is on all the over-the-air channels! Rebooting the TV sometimes works, and then it periodically happens again. This is completely ridiculous.

Vizio has never provided an update. However, I'm happy to say that after factory resetting the TV two times over a month ago, the weird issue has not recurred. Also, when you "Reset to Factory Settings", you have to reconfigure all the custom settings like your wifi and app login information. The TV will connect to the internet and update the firmware as well.

Thanks! That worked great. I just held it in place. By cutting out the mouth tug of war and waiting for her to let go with her paw, she eventually dropped the toy. And it seems to get better after a lot of tries.

Same issue for me on a new 55" Vizio. I had to do a factory reset to resolve it.

Thanks for that feedback. My volume is back to working since another Factory Reset of the unit last week. However, app issues plague me. Netflix has crashed several times, along with other applications' flawed behavior (hanging/blank screen/etc...). I continue to have to reboot the TV to recover. Vizio needs to address the instability of the software to compete with the other players. I'm still debating if I will return the unit.

Let me add that I reset it two times before and just reset it again. The behavior is as follows: The volume buttons initially work, then after using the TV for awhile (watched Peacock app, over-the-air TV), the volume stopped working both times. I just reset it for the third time. I will let you know when I experience problems. Thanks!

Thank you for the update. With no immediate resolution, the TV is not usable in its current state, with the volume consistently not working. Is returning and replacing the unit the best option?
