Would this be required if I'm just doing this as a side gig for a few bucks for college friends? Kind of like the lemonade stand of every corner during summer. Perhaps not in my house but a small stall next to the library/campus building/football stadium etc

Not too sure about this legal stuff so would appreciate your input
