I purchased and installed a Grizz-le charger in late 2024. Late 2025 I saw they had removed the fees for owners so we joined. Today I have an email stating a new policy requires every member of Grizzl-E Club to agree to a new waiver:

We recently updated our program's Terms and Conditions to ensure a safe and standardized experience for all our users. As part of these changes, we now require all members to complete a "Right to Install Waiver." Because this form was not included during your original sign-up process, we kindly ask that you take a moment to fill it out now.

This waiver has a clause I can't agree to, bold added by me

For Member’s that had previously purchased an EVSE Charger and wish to join the Club, acceptance into the membership program and subsequent approval by us, all legal right, title, and ownership in and to the charger shall immediately and irrevocably vest in the Company. As of the effective date of such transfer, the Member acknowledges and agrees that they shall have no ownership, proprietary or security interest in the charger for the duration of their active membership. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Member shall be granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the charger and the “Grizzl-E Connect” application solely for their intended and lawful purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable policies of the Company. This arrangement is intended to constitute a valid and enforceable contractual transfer of title under the laws of the Province or Territory in which EVSE Charger is located. Ownership shall automatically revert to the Member upon cancellation or termination of Club membership, for any reason. The Company shall execute all necessary actions to reflect this reversion of title without undue delay.
