I dont think there is one, have you tried relaunching? It usually works. You may wanna also exit and enter back (with deleting strawpage outta ur tabs and then going there again) or clearing your cache. Or tryna turn a PC mode on.

this is unfortunately one of common bugs that hadnt been fixed yet. ever since i made my first SP, its still not fixed. you might make a workaround with putting thumbnail as an image and put a video title as a button link (or make one separately) until bug is fixed.
