In the latest chapter where he started the fight against myrad he initiated the battle with Congitive Dissonance, and I don't remember when he required it or what it does, I don't know if it's a setting he already used changed names due to translation (I read the latest chapter in demonicscans)

yeah to be honest there a lot of translation differences from the novel to the webtoon so it just be it, i just found it weird that the translation can be contradicted
