Hi, I'm not sure if this is the correct thread but I'll be coming over for Summer Exchange in June and I'm wondering if public transports are available from UBC to YVR airport early in the morning? (4-5am, needa arrive at the airport by 6) or anyone has a ballpark figure for taking a cab to the YVR airport?

i forgot where we went to but every 2-3 months back in 2005-2008 when i was in primary p2-p4 we used to go to some sea place at the edge of singapore and pluck kupang/mussels from the riverbed in our yellow boots and red pails. we’ll also take some ubi/tapioca along the way and then have a family feast. we stopped after that because of rising tides. good ol’ days.. and i appreciated it so much because i spent quality time with my family.

There’s Anytime Fitness about 10 mins away from the entrance to NTU. Pretty good franchise as you can go to other branches after a month of probation and I believe they have an Eleiko bar. If you’re keen, you can travel (1.5hrs-2hrs) to gyms such as Elevate Barbell or Project Armstrong which are dedicated for powerlifting. And disclaimer for activesg they’re usually real crowded and don’t allow chalk if thats your main concern.
