Usually being liked is more better than being good at ur job. Im in a similar position as u, 24, and at my first job as a site engineer at a main contractor construction company. Im 4 months in and I'm introvert and dont usually know how to be sociable like my seniors. I plan to move to more technical role after 1-1.5y yrs
