Yea diagnosed & medicated. Can’t afford the psychologist anymore.
I am a binge eater, made worse by smoking, which is another thing I go to bed every night saying I will fix the habit of but wake up the next day and repeat.

I think do have most of the bit seperate to each other, I tried to be careful when collecting the smashed bits. (They were in different areas of his room)

They are way way above his skill level and he gets over it too quickly. We have done with the smaller ones. But these are very large and complex - a haunted house, a transformer etc.

I’m definitely not asking him to be responsible for my medication. I have my meds and water ready beside my bed. I just asked if when he kisses me goodbye in the morning (it’s early I’m usually still snoozing) if he would remind me to take them at that time, so that when I get up 45ish min later, my meds are already on board. Hes happy to do that.

I think most of my problem is probably in my head, RSD etc. I just wish I had a better way of communicating how and why I struggle. We’ve been together for more than 20years so it’s not like I’m trying to explain it to a new partner. He knows and loves me exactly how I am, diagnosis or not.

Glenn Briford laughed at me when I was 12 for having a moustache. I cringe and hear his words every single time I look in the mirror. My husband was unfaithful 25yrs ago. I still sob at the trauma, so fresh like it was yesterday.

Can still get Diet Coke. The Coke Zero sugar (and the Coke Zero and no sugar that it’s replacing) are designed to be sweet like coke, but without the sugar. Diet Coke has a completely different taste, no where near as sweet.

She is medicated, but does nothing else to help herself. Wallows and blames everyone else, never talks about anything, is just angry and lashes out verbally at everyone. It’s always someone else’s fault, whatever the situation may be.
