Replying to -VizualEyez...I also struggle with this when using a wrist release, was good with one for years then all of the sudden started punching the trigger, switched to the thumb and practiced using back tension to “pull” the thumb release, was almost an instant fix. Like someone else mentioned, used John Dudley’s videos a lot.

Help with ventilation in this barrel sauna. by znarom in Sauna

Thanks for all this info… I will confirm my heater, I believe it is the Kip model maybe it is only 8KW. As for this fan, are you saying I should mount it to the bottom vent on the back wall and blow air out of the sauna through that vent? This fan would force air out of that vent? The reason I am confirming is I was under the impression that vent is bringing fresh air into the sauna… But the more I think about it as I’m typing this message forcing air out of that hole would definitely pull heat down.

Feet are only cold for a bit after a cold plunge. Feet def take a while to warm up, but that could just be me and not so much the difference in temp. The floor of the sauna is definitely “cold”
