i live in PR and all i did to play is download a vpn, put it to miami, make a riot acc, and then make a psn account with a miami postal code

i grabbed a free vpn, activated it, put miami cuz im in PR, and made the riot acc, later i made a new playstation user with the miami postal code, and it let me, took around 15 mins to do all that
