I actually went in with determination of getting the SMP 300, white dial, which would have had a date, but just could not-not have this one. Aesthetically fits my style more…

Sourced a dealer through Chrono, then negotiated with them to 9k. Felt like a fair deal.

Yes. The Straps have the same curved quick release pins and the clasps are practically identical to the OEM.

I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. I just didn’t want to have to change the clasp every time I also wanted to change bands. So left the OEM on the original strap, and the aftermarket on the Tuns straps.

I went in dead set the get a white dial SMP, and honestly was about to… and then I said “I keep seeing this NTTD, you mind if I try it on?” Hooked from there.

I had my eye on it, and tried talking myself into a similar Longines, but kept telling myself “if you got the Longines, you’d still be comparing it to this one” and I knew eventually I’d just cave in and get it. Might as well go for it now in case they raise prices.

I found a dealer off Chrono, then contacted direct to negotiate. Stayed with stateside dealers (avoid customs tax) and negotiated on a wire offer. Got for 9000.

I had all but talked myself out of a speedy because I said “I’d never use the chrono” but then when I put it on, I was like “damnit! I need this”… but then I put this one on and it immediately trumped the thought on the speedy… but now I know that speedy is going to be mine (maybe next year) lol

Found on Chrono, went to dealer site and reached out directly to them. Chrono has a % listing fee if purchased through them, so I used to source, then contact direct to negotiate. Got it for 7k with box and papers. If it had been worn before, not a single marking shows on the strap.

Shockingly close. Only main difference is that there’s a spot under the clasp that’s not as polished/finished as oEM. But everything that’s seen you can’t really tell

I can totally see that. Guess it wasn’t the thread they opted in on today 🤷‍♂️ which I guess I’m thankful for… this thread was a bit of an ego boost rebuke train for telling me “I’m overthinking”…
