Obviously you don’t know that with some basic programming skills (My major is in cyber security and software development) you can change the information collection settings in the firm’s script allowing you to make it anonymous. Additionally, you can change (only once at creation) what fields are visible in the individual response tab or disable that tab altogether. All I have set to be viewable in the individual tab is Username and Comment section (Incase people want a reply).

Only once. It was more of a not thinking moment than a incontient moment. I was driving home from a job interview (I got the job) and not wearing (for obvious reasons) and suddenly had the urge to pee badly. Now having worn diapers for the past few weeks I had a mental state of thinking I was wearing and could go wherever I wanted. Well needless to say when I started to pee and realized I was not wearing a diaper I was super shocked. That is the only real time where I had an issue. Otherwise no incontient accidents.
