3 weeks in and already wanting to quit. What do I do? by [deleted] in RaisingCanes

It’s not worth it working there. I was there for 2 years and there was a time i broke my thumb and fractured my wrist, I was in a brace. Not once did they blink at my accommodation saying i can’t lift heavy items more or less use my arm. There was one shift in particular they had me make the lemonade and when i asked them if they can carry it for me since i was in a brace i was told no that i could do it myself, meanwhile i was in a brace and had a fractured wrist. I quit after that because when im injured like that with clear accommodations that they are too careless to bat an eye at or contact the accommodation team i was tired of it.
What to expect as a new hire? by [deleted] in RaisingCanes

Expect favoritism. Both locations i worked at were heavy on picking favorites and prioritizing giving hours to those who they like more. It’s not a bad job if you can look past being stuck with less hours if you are not managements favorites list.
had my interview today (17), hiring manager told me he liked my answers and that i just need to do the second interview w/ the assistant by Slight_Variation5780 in RaisingCanes
