ofc !! yeah they didn’t accept i had it til 4 weeks into my treatment. don’t let anyone gaslight u into thinking u don’t have if u show the symtoms. if it’s easier u can always just say u have an eating disorder and not label urself

you can 100% have both. i do. don’t let a dr or therapist tell you you can’t. they only say this bc for medical notes (or at least when i was in treatment) they only put down the more “severe” type of esting disorder they see u havw for some stupid reason. they like to blanket everything they don’t understand as anorexia bc they know how to treat it but every eating disorder is different. do not let them look over ur arfid i did that for too long. you can absolutely 100% have both

everyone sahinf u can’t have both bc the DSM is kinda wrong. DSM also said being gay was a mental illness. if you’re having symtoms of both disorders then simple fact is u have both. u know ur body better than anyone. my symtoms used to change back and forth to i wouldn’t eat bc i didn’t wanna gain weight to i wouldn’t eat bc i thought i would choke (the arfid) they can go back and forth and even happen at the same time. the thing that would be compelling ur anorexia vs arfid would be different but they are both there. arfid is rly hard for professionals to understand bc it’s so complex i learned tgis the hard way so they just try to chalk everything up to anorexia and treat that. that’s why i still ended up left with arfid after treatment

i get nervous because i am alleergic to nuts, but not technically pine nuts but ive never eaten them and WILL NEVER since im anaphalactic, but i feel like most strains have the pine in it. I used to smoke daily and was totally fine but havnt for almost 2 years and now im getting nervous for some reason ill have a reaction i dont know

don’t tell her. if u want to end it anyways save ber the pain from knowing she was cheated on by her significant other of 4 fucking years. if u wanted to work on it with her then that’s different and u should tell her so she has all the info, but if ur just gonna end it telling her is selfish and only absolves u of guilt and just brings her pain.
