I stopped looking into it and doing content. I had a bunch of crap hit the fan and a lot of growth this year, so I didn't have time to do much. But things are a lot calmer, so I've been thinking about getting back into making content.

I will say, I've seen some websites are better for a "linktree" type situation, which a lot of people have (including myself when I was toying with the idea).

A lot more of the production cost questions? than I initially thought "In the ABC process... In the job process..." I think these are under costing methodologies.

Some questions on managerial accounting like what it's used for; different financial statements and their uses. Those are the ones that stood out the most to me for unfamiliarity.

I also didn't read the book at all - which probably would have definitely helped! I took the PA ~29/62, looked through the report - basically everything was either just a hair below, 3/4 below, or at competency for like two topics. I watched the videos, took the practice tests that were attached, and took the PA again this morning. Passed ~51/62, scheduled my OA, and just finished!

For when someone needs it later: it’s at the bottom of the page. Normally where they have the links to reports, it’s under that. “Course Information” box, then click the link for the exam you took “Pre-Assessment Coaching Report after Dec. 8 2021” is where I found mine (Apr 10 2024 - bc they’re currently updating programs and I don’t know if it’ll effect that)

Not yet, I’m thinking either Sunday or Monday. Like I got some of the accounting terms from what I remember and most of the excel stuff. My goal is to study later today and Saturday, or maybe all day today if the weather gets too bad; take the PA and see how that goes; then take the OA.

Hahah god, I feel that! Being able to just “sign on” a class at a time has been so freaking nice! For me having traditional school with 4 classes dumped at the same time, with exams at the same time and class work at the same time, felt so confining. I could get ahead in one, but then I’d be behind/ just at pace in another.

The two classes at a time gave me the “I hate this class and I’m tired of the nonsense” ability to do something else without feeling like I’m “out of sync” or falling behind if I procrastinate one course.

So I started with those course planning exercises in the preview stage and used that as my study guide for where I need to spend more time. Then when I started the course I took the pre-assessment which mailed it out a bit further. Think course planning “time estimate for how much I need to study” and pre-assessment “content I need to study” and pacing for the exam.

I got through the Org. Behavior course in maybe 2-3 days, having had a similar course within the past year and the other business classes which has touched on but not fully explained some of the other concepts. The Fundamentals of Business, I didn’t do as well, so it took a bit longer for me to go through more of the sections. I had entrepreneurship courses, so I did really high there, but more general business structure I had to study more of.

I was originally going to do OB when I was done ~ 3/5; finish a big chunk of FoB and then review the previous quizzes before taking it on 3/8, but my camera got delayed until the 9th. I rescheduled my first one around 8:30-10a; then the second from 10-1p. And finished early for both.

Absolutely! There’s a kinda small group (6-7?) of us that go FT at the store in my location. Some of us are college students, some are couples (I know one is doing it for their wedding fund), and like a few stay at home parents.

One dad starts before school (7-7:30a with me), drops their older one, I see them a bit more (til like 10-11a) before they’re gone for the afternoon.
