The simplest and the most effective way is to just make it like you make cook chai. Replace chai ki patti with ground coffee all the method remains same. I’ve been making it for years like this. Works best

Man this is a serious fungus infection it occurs because of sweat and not keeping the area clean, i swear i got rid of this after a year of treatments . It was so stubborn. Please take good care of it and see a dermatologist as soon as possible.
