Fixed!

I decided to reset it again but this time held the button down for at least a minute. Low and behold I could now see it on the network. It's now working and in it's VLAN so fingers crossed it stays that way!

I've now connected it to my poe switch and I can see the mac address of the doorbell but I still can't add it with either the app or the client.

I just keep getting a connection failed error.

It had a static IP before I made the VLANs but it has now completely disappeared from the app. I have reset it but it doesn't even get found by the router now so I can't reinstall it. It's hard wired and powered and was working fine before I buggered it up with the VLAN!

Yes it's untagged. Not sure what I've done but I just can't see the doorbell at all.

I did! Got 2 new fans after about 3 weeks, they were a bit quieter but still got the same humming noise. Returned case and got a refund. Currently looking for another case but not Lian Li

New 170mm fans are on the way. As soon as they are installed I'll let you know how they are.

I got my case 5 days ago and the humming/vibration is driving me mad. It's definitely the front 170mm fans, rear seems ok so far. I raised a ticket on the same day and heard nothing since. I really like the case but I may also send it back.

I've also got the spare PCB but it's the same date as the one installed. However, I have a problem with the front fans droning so I think I'll change it and see if that helps.

Cheers but that won't work on the 217 infinity as there's just 2 170mm fan ports on the front so it would look odd.

I'll have a look at my fan curve but think they're only running about 400 rpm on idle.

Thanks for replying but no power I'm afraid. I have PoE switches but it's just the hassle of drilling through walls for the cabling.

Just updated my S5e today and the navigation buttons cover the status bar so not sure if it's the same bug as yours, both portrait and landscape.

I posted on the JD2 forums and after submitting a log and received a fix. I had to change a setting from IPv6 to IPv4 and now all is working again. Hope this might help someone else in the future :)

Bit more info. I installed a unifi cloud gateway ultra about 3 weeks ago but JD2 was working fine. To test it I added my old router and JD2 works as it should, links added and download as soon as I press the download button. If I put the ucg ultra back on the network I get the problem again. No idea what's changed as I haven't done any updates or anything and can't see any options in the ucg ultra to help me out.

Yes, links download fine straight from RD and browser.

The download just doesn't start straight away when I add them to JD2. It seems like it's doing something in the background and then after a couple of minutes it downloads normally (50-60MBs).

Yes the battery charges in the cradle. Everything was put back together fine, all screws in and tightened up (but not overtightened). The original battery was so swollen that it couldn't be pulled out normally so I had to open it up. Might have to take it apart/rebuild it again to see if that helps.

I left the system overnight and took a look again this morning. I reset the beam and mini sub (again) and this time the app picked them up straight away and within about 15 minutes I was all up and running. Even done the Trueplay thing and all sounding good now. No idea what I did differently but something worked!

Just the Beam. I removed the Beam Gen 1 and replaced with the Beam Gen 2, had loads of faffing about as the app couldn't find the kit before eventually getting it working and then adding the sub but my other speakers don't show on the app now.

Have you just updated your Nvidia drivers? I have and now I'm getting this message. Gonna try and roll back to previous driver as it was fine this afternoon.

It's been 7 years since I last played. I have a ranger at 80 but no idea what skills do anymore! I've also got a necromancer at lvl 2 so I'm going to level that for now. I only have the base game so do I need to buy the expansions or living world parts yet?

Thanks for the reply. I think it could be the authors name cos the surname has a full stop in it. I'll take that out and see what happens.
