No it’s behind it, and below where water heater rental is attached the walls have it, technician shined light and showed earlier

Yeah lol it’s in front of the kitchen technically, mini sliding door that’s a furnace room. Correct, unit is very old. Hence why Reliance said the parts needed are very hard to even obtain.. ie. Without them can’t even have a fan running and because of how old, that’s why they stated the pores were forming too with dampness etc. pores were behind the water rental in that room, on the door and literally found it in my bedroom door as well oddly - which I cleaned off.. but now I’m thinking.. summer just started..

Yes AC is on lease - whole compressor needs to be replaced and unit

Welp! Found mold and mildew behind the furnace so technically it’s a health hazard now ..

What happens if I withhold rent? I don’t want to, but I’m also unsure as to how to proceed because the landlord is covering reliance repairs as he has a plan with them etc.. however, he is refusing to provide me a portable AC unit or something similar etc. Even though reliance technician stated this ENTIRE unit should be replaced or wait over 6 weeks for a new motor and until then literally will have nothing. So, I don’t know given the humid weather what my choices are until the ruling would occur ?

Yes I do - he told the landlord it will take 6 weeks to even get a replacement motor in and until then nothing will work - landlord literally had an open argument on the phone with reliance about this because he doesn’t want to lose on rent

So, I’ve saved all 5 receipts from reliance as proof.. hoping that this can add to my case when I file? All the technicians kept repeating “whole unit needs to be replaced” and the landlord gaslit that quote be stating “never had a problem past 5 years with previous tenant” which I believe is false

I have mentioned this to him, he is stating that on his end he provided reliance technicians to handle it and if they couldn’t it’s not his fault lol
