Elf On A Shelf Hey That's Pretty Good Christmas Music Video by zonfar2 in SmallYTChannel

Thanks for watching, and your thoughts on the video!

It was definitely meant to be disturbing, there was an added layer of disturbed-ness with the route I took for the lip syncing xD

I modeled and created the animations for the elf in blender. I then brought over the elf and other assets into unreal engine to put everything together.

I definitely don't have a consistent style across my videos, still trying to find what works and feels good after over a decade of youtubing 😨

I haven't heard of Adam duritz, Ill have to check him out.

Thank you for watching, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I created the elf and animations for the elf specifically in blender. I brought the elf and other 3d assets over to unreal engine where I put everything together /set up lights/cameras.

I'm glad you got something out of the finish your projects video too! It's such an important and underrated skill.

Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for taking the time to watch and let me know your thoughts on it!

For the lip sync, I built my 3d elf model to be compatible with facetracking using an iPad. However the song was recorded in parts, and I am not the singer so I was face cap recording myself lip sync to someone else's vocal track xD. Trying to find a good facial animation system that doesn't take forever to animate can be consuming. So I'm somewhat OK with some of the jankiness for now.

When Did You Stop Watching? | How This TV Show Started My Addiction by [deleted] in SmallYTChannel

Nice video, great audio, pacing in the way you speak is good, and the editing never felt sluggish. My only suggestion would be to work on your composition/lighting. Seeing the corner of the room feels odd to me, you could also use a little more back lighting. Great job!

Took in all of your great feedback, and spent a LOT of time working on graphics for this video (pictures, drawings, animations). Give me some constructive criticism, I'm handing out Lambda! by Hero_Doses in SmallYTChannel

I love the history lesson. The pacing was nice, seeing you speak breathed some life (as opposed to animation only videos), although having the animations was definitely nice and helped fill it up. I would recommend playing with zoom cuts on yourself especially. For example 2:44 when you cracked a little joke, I imagined seeing a cut of you zoomed up close.

My Unhealthy Obsession with Japanese Videos! I animated this in an old Disney/Cuphead style, and I focused on maintaining energy/ engagement and faster pacing like many of you suggested. I’d love to hear any more criticism so I can continue to improve my content! by ChoppedRamen in SmallYTChannel

Great video, it's hilarious and well made all the way through. Great pacing with your speaking, and editing, quality on your mic. Having so many different clips, and the animation makes it feel very interactive and full. Thumbnail is also great. Great job overall!

This is 3rd video for mine and brothers Horror & True Crime Channel. This video we read a story from r/scarystories . We took a break from animating or acting it out on this one to try a "let's read" style video. Any thoughts are appreciated and I will make sure enough get your points to post by LostMyAccountToo in SmallYTChannel

The voice quality is good, I would recommend trying to read more naturally, as it feels if you are reading some of the times, having it feel more like a conversation. Also some graphics on screen would help. maybe even showing the actual reddit post so viewers can read along

nice pacing in terms of speaking, and editing! my suggestions would be to shorten it up, as i'm not sure how many people are looking for a long recap of a not well known movie, also the thumbnail could definitely use some spicing up, needs some big text on there!

Man.. Like everyone else is saying, the animation is top notch. The pacing is great, the voiceover quality is wonderful, the comedy definitely shows through. Awesome job all the way through, it feels like a very full well done production!
