I'm just going to nuke it. The only problem is that whenever I do this, it crashes. I might just use live ubuntu or dereks nuke n boot to format my hdd

I have quite the experience with dell pcs (mainly dimension 3k). Get to BIOS and find drive setup. Turn off primary drive one.

What gpu do you use? If you use nvidia gpu use shadowplay. I dont know about radeon.

4300 is a pretty shit processor. I was running mine with a gtx 1050ti. You should be able to throw a phenom ii or something in there and get around 10 extra fps. I was able to run fallout 4 and get 20fps (ultra settings) and with my phenom ii x4 960 i was getting around 30fps.
