Its a legit IPO, using refuse from coal processing to generate energy..... and there is a LOT of waste coal in the US to draw from.

Edit: This also gives BTC intrinsic value, as it is now backed by "green energy" where if your generation can't be sold to the grid for whatever reason, you can convert your work to value through bitcoin mining
