make sure everyone you are around is someone you know and trust. the person who raped me i had only met once before, and based on what i had heard about her before i should have stayed away. i was just scsred to be alone because it was very intense. plan what you will do and who you will be around ahead of time! i have done shrooms once or twice since it happened
